Preparation OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES For best results, oven cook from chilled. Pre-heat oven to FAN 180°C / CONVENTIONAL 200°C / GAS MARK 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear before serving. Not suitable for microwave. Do not reheat. Due to the preservatives traditionally used in bacon, the turkey may turn slightly pink when cooked.
