Frozen uncooked, skinless and boneless pollock fillets coated in golden breadcrumbs. Serve with chips and mushy peas for a great-tasting traditional British dish. This product comes from a fishery which has been independently certified to the MSC standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. There are 60 individually quick frozen pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is approximately 50 - 70g.
