Deep frozen, Panzerotti pasta filled with real pieces of porcini mushroom and ricotta cheese, as part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. Each piece is 4.6cm wide and weighs 22g. Each pack is 3kg and provides 26 servings.
Filling ingredients 60% - ricotta (whey (MILK), MILK, salt, acidity regulator- citric acid), mushrooms in variable proportion 32% (Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus edodes, Pholiota nameko), bread crumbs (soft WHEAT flour 0, water, salt, yeast, malted WHEAT flour), Grana Padano DOP cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative - EGG lysozyme), cep mushrooms 2% (Boletus edulis and its group), salt, dried cep mushrooms, sunflower oil, garlic. Preparation - Without defrosting add the pasta to a pasta cooker full of boiling salted water. - Once water returns to boil, cook pasta according to the recommended cooking time.
