| Preparation | OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Fan 200C / Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken on a tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 22 - 25 minutes. MICROWAVE: Place chicken on a microwaveable dish and cover with film. Heat on fully power 700w, for 4 - 6 minutes. Cooking time may vary dependent on microwave wattage and quantity. GRIDDLE PAN: Place the chicken onto a pre-heated griddle and cook for 13 - 14 minutes, turning the product half way through coking. Cooking times may vary dependent on griddle settings and quantity. |
