A mixed case of 3 different frozen IDDSI level 5 minced & moist allergen aware meals which can be cooked in the oven or microwave and are suitable for texture modified and dysphagia diets. 4 x Lentil Bolognaise, 4 x Chicken Casserole, 4 x Savoury Beef. Each case provides a total of 12 meals.
LENTIL BOLOGNAISE (mash potato & carrot) x4: Water, carrot (16%), onion, red lentils (9%), potato (7%), tomato, swede, rapeseed oil, salt, modified starch, herb and spice, green chilli pepper.
CHICKEN CASSEROLE (in tomato herby sauce, mash potatoes & cauliflower) x4: Water, carrot (25%), potato (21%), chicken (18%), onion, swede, modified starch, salt, gravy browning (water, colour: E150c, Salt), herb and spice, parsley, green chilli pepper.
SAVOURY BEEF (beef with crushed herby potatoes and swede) x4: Water, potato (25%), beef (22%), swede (18%), onion, modified starch, tomato, salt, gravy browning (water, colour: E150c, salt), parsley, green chilli pepper.
