A mixed case of 4 different frozen IDDSI level 4 pureed, allergen aware meals which can be cooked in the oven or microwave and are suitable for texture modified and dysphagia diets. 3 x Roast Lamb, 3 x Chicken Casserole, 3 x Beef Casserole, 3 x Chickpea Stew. Each case provides a total of 12 meals.
ROAST LAMB (with mint onion gravy, with mash potatoes, root veg & peas) x3: Water, lamb (16%), peas (13%) (rehydrated processed pea, water, sugar, salt, colours copper chlorophyllin, carotenes), root vegetables (12%) (carrots, swede, parsnip), potato (6%), mint sauce (mint, spirit vinegar, water, salt, acetic acid, colour copper chlorophyll), modified starch, onion, rapeseed oil, tomato, methyl cellulose, salt, gravy browning (water, colour E150c, salt ), herb and spice, green chilli pepper.
CHICKEN CASSEROLE (with onion gravy, mash potato, root vegetables & peas) x3: Water, chicken (16%), peas (13%) (rehydrated processed pea, water, sugar, salt, colours copper chlorophyllin, carotenes), root vegetables (12%)(parsnip, carrots, swede), Potato (6%), potato (potato, sunflower oil, dextrose), onion, tomato, leek, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, methyl cellulose, salt, green chilli, gravy browning (water, colour E150c, salt).
BEEF CASSEROLE (with onion gravy, mash potato, root vegetables, peas) x3: Water, beef (19%), peas (13%) (rehydrated processed pea, water, sugar, salt, colours copper chlorophyllin, carotenes), root vegetables (12%)(parsnip, carrots, swede), potato (6%), potato (potato, sunflower oil, dextrose), onion, leek, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, tomato, methyl cellulose, salt, green chilli, gravy browning (water, colour E150c, salt).
