A buttery pastry base filled with a layer of lemon filling and finished with a sprinkling of sweet dusting. Known in France as a 'tarte au citron' this is a brilliantly light and refreshing dessert to offer to your customers around summer time. Just defrost and serve. Ideal served with cream. This pie is pre-portioned into 12 portions.
