A sticky sweet red onion chutney that is great added to sauces or used as an accompaniment. Spread it on sandwiches at lunchtime or add it to a ploughmans board for customers to help themselves. Each plastic jar is 1.3kg, which is ideal for professional kitchens.
Red onion (50%), sugar, red wine vinegar, muscovado sugar, modified maize starch, dried onion (1%), salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, black pepper.
