This is perfect for fruit cake lovers as it is packed full of sultanas, raisins, glace cherries and mixed peel. The top of the cake is sprinkled with chopped orange and lemon peel. This is one of the favourite fruit cake in the Real Norfolk range as it is packed full of fruits and spices to make it an incredibly rich fruit cake.
