| Preparation | Oven: Preheat oven to 200oC and cook for 18 minutes. Grill: Defrost the sausages in the fridge then cook for 10-16 minutes at a medium heat, turning frequently. Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 165oC and cook for 8 minutes, allow to drain for 1 minute. |
