The Plant-It Chick'n Kiev is a delicious, plant-based alternative to chicken. High in protein and a source of fibre, this Kiev is made from a mix of wheat and soya protein to create a melt- in-your-mouth plant-based Chick'n, filled with aromatic garlic and parsley filling surrounded by crispy golden breadcrumbs. Cook from frozen in 30 - 35 minutes. Suitable for vegans.
