Pidy choux pastry eclairs are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and Pidy's select grade of pastry flour. To serve, fill with our Patisserie Cream and cover with Dark Belgian Chocolate Sauce. There are 30 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 13cm long, 4cm wide and 3.4cm in height.
