Frozen, uncooked whole whitebait covered in fine breadcrumbs. As young whole fish, whitebait is an excellent source of calcium and omega 3. Serve with zesty mayonnaise and tartar sauce for an easy but tasty seafood starter. Each piece is 4 - 10cm in length. Each catering pack is 454g.
