Frozen, fully baked, pre-sliced authentic Italian flatbread. A type of focaccia from wheat flour, with an open crumb structure, extra virgin olive oil and baked on stone. Ideal as sandwich carrier. Each piece has a length of 16cm and a width of 8cm. There are 32 pieces in each catering pack.
