This free flowing self raising flour is a low-protein, low-Gluten flour with a raising agent mixed in. It is often used as a shortcut in baking by chefs, or by vegans who do not eat eggs, as the extra raising agent in the flour does the eggs' work. Packaged in 100% plastic free stringed paper bags. Each wholesale bulk pack is 16kg.
