These potato fries have been sourced from the finest potatoes. The potatoes are washed, peeled and cut in to fries 9x9mm in size. They are then blanched, dried and pre-fried in 100% vegetable oil before being quick-frozen. Ideal fries for fast food outlets or busy kitchens. These chips can be cooked using the oven or deep fryer. When cooked these fries are delicious and crispy.
Potatoes (97%), Sunflower Oil (3%), Dextrose (<0.5%), disodium diphosphate (E450i) (<0.5%).

Preparation | Oven: Place the fries in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 210C. Turn halfway through cooking. Deep Fryer: Dip the fries in small quantities in oil at 175C for 3-4 minutes. Drain well before serving. Always cook until golden yellow. |
