This bouillion mix is a quick solution for chefs and caterers who don't have the time to make their own bouillons from scratch. Just add water to bouillon mix and stir to create a tasty stock that can be used as a base for sauces, gravies and soups. Each 3kg tub makes approximately 300 litres.
Salt, Maltodextrin, Potato Starch, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavourings, Palm Oil, Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Ground Turmeric, Ground Ginger, Rapeseed Oil, Burnt Sugar Powder, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).
