Preparation | OVEN: Leave in foil tray. Preheat oven to 190C / 170C (fan) / Gas Mark 5. Place quiche on a baking tray and reheat for 30 mins, until a core temperature of >75C (or relevant national requirements) for 30 secs is achieved before serving. |
