Preparation | OVEN: From Frozen: Remove foil and place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 25-30 minutes. From Defrost: Remove from foil and place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 12-15 minutes. Ensure a core temperature of >75C is achieved (or relevant national requirement), for at least 30 seconds before serving. |
