Tasty 'home style' chicken breast fillets in a crunchy Southern Fried coating from Meadowvale, great for using in burgers, sharing platters or on a bar snacks menu. Fully cooked and individually quick-frozen for your convenience. Each fillet is approximately 120g and there are eight fillets per pack, with 4 x 960g packs per wholesale case.

| Preparation | OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Gas Mark 7. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken into the hot oil for 5 - 7 minutes. Drain and serve. |
