| Preparation | OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Gas Mark 7. Remove the chicken from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C. Remove the chicken from all packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken into the hot oil for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and serve. |
