| Preparation | OVEN BAKE: Preheat oven to 220C / Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken fillets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. DEEP FRY: Preheat oil to 180C. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken fillets into the hot oil and fry for 5 - 6 minutes. Drain and serve. |
