| Preparation | OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Fan 200C / Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken on a tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken into the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve. |
