McDougalls soft bap bread mix. This bread mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. FSA 2017 compliant. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Made up dough is best consumed within 2 days. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 100 x 57g rolls.

Preparation | To make 100 rolls, place the entire contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 2.25L of warm water. Use a dough hook mixer on a slow speed for 1 minute. Then continue to mix for 7 minutes on medium speed. Cut to shape as required and form into bap shape. Place dough balls on a greased baking tray and leave to prove in a warm place until the dough has risen significantly. Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees in fan-assisted ovens. |
