Frozen, fully baked long, suet pastry with a strawberry jam filling, baked in a torpedo style foil. Frozen puddings now look and taste just as good as freshly homemade cakes, giving caterers more flexibility in their dessert offerings. Made in the UK. Pre-marked into 14 portions. Preparation MICROWAVE: For best results defrost for approximately 4 hours in a refrigerator at 5°C. Remove foil and slice pudding. Place individual slices on a microwavable plate and heat on full power, 750W 45 seconds, 1100W 30 seconds, 1800W 25 seconds. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator (5ºC) and consume within 48 hours. OVEN: Loosen sides of foil, place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6 for approximately 1 hour. After 30 minutes of the re-heat time turn over the pudding. Remove from foil and serve.
