Frozen, fully baked moist chocolate log split and sandwiched with rich chocolate fudge. The Yule log is covered with more fudge and sprinkled with sweet glucose based sugar dusting. Simply thaw and serve. Suitable for vegetarians. Each yule log is pre-portioned into 12 slices for ease fo serving and to provide better potion control. There are 2 logs in each wholesale case.

Preparation | Defrost for approximately 8 hours or overnight in a refrigerator at 5°C. Alternatively remove the required number of slices from frozen product and defrost each slice on a plate at 5°C for approximately 3 hours. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator (5ºC) and con-sume within 48 hours. |
