| Preparation | Remove all packaging and thaw product overnight in a refrigerator. OVEN GRILL: Preheat grill to medium, and brush squid with oil. Place squid on a baking tray, Grill for 13 -15 minutes until cooked. PAN FRY: in a little oil over moderate heat, fry the squid for 4-5 minutes turning frequently until cooked. |
