Preparation | Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Remove all packaging including foil. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190C and cook for 20 - 22 minutes until core temperature exceeds 75C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national equivalent). |
