Deep frozen, fresh gnocchi pasta made with spinach, part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. Each piece is 2.5cm long, 1.5cm wide and weighs 5.5g. Each pack is 1kg and provides 6 portions.

Preparation Without defrosting, add the gnocchi to a pasta cooker full of boiling salted water. Once water returns to boil, cook pasta according to the cooking time recommended. Stir occasionally. Drain the gnocchi and season to taste. For perfect gnocchi, always use one litre of boiling water for every 100g of product.
