A tikka masala sauce combining tomatoes, cream and yogurt with a medium blend of spices. Simple to use, just add cooked meat, fish or vegetables as desired, heat and serve. Bain marie stable and meets DH 2012 salt targets. No MSG added, no artificial colours and no added artificial preservatives. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Each catering jar is 2.2L. There are 2 jars in each wholesale case.
Water, tomatoes (15%), yogurt (MILK) (5.5%), concentrated tomato puree (4%), rapeseed oil, single cream (MILK) (3%), modified maize starch, dried onions, sugar, spices (1.5%), ginger puree, garlic puree (0.8%), salt, cumin powder, acid (lactic acid), paprika extract, cumin seeds, dried coriander leaf.
