A delicious ready to use sweet and sour sauce combining peppers, pineapple, carrots, onion and bamboo shoots with rice vinegar and light soy sauce. Meets DH 2012 salt targets. No MSG added, no artificial colours, no added artificial preservatives and no artificial flavourings. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each catering tub is 2.2L, providing around 22 portions.
Water, sugar, sliced red peppers (5%), pineapple in syrup (5%) [pineapple, water, sugar], concentrated tomato paste, carrot (4%), onion (3.5%), white rice vinegar (3.5%), sliced bamboo shoots (3%), spirit vinegar, modified starch, light SOY sauce (2%) [water, salt, SOYA beans, roasted WHEAT, sugar, alcohol], ginger puree, rapeseed oil, garlic puree, salt, colour (paprika extract).
