Preparation | OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/430°F Gas Mark 7. Place on baking tray in centre of oven and cook for 20-22 mins. FRYING: Pre-heat oil to 180°C/350°F, deep-fry (flat side up) for 9 mins. Drain well before serving. |
