Preparation | OVEN: Do not cook more than one bag at a time. Preheat oven to 220C / Fan 200C / 400F / Gas Mark 6. Place cauliflower bites onto a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for 18 minutes. Ensure a core temperature of >75C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 seconds before serving. FRYING: Do not cook more than half a bag at a time. Preheat fryer to 182C and deep fry for 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
