At the heart of Hellmann's real mayonnaise are just quality ingredients. These are what gives Hellmann's that smooth creamy taste. Perfect in sandwiches and salads, ideal served as a dip or as a jacket potato topping. A good natural source of omega 3 and made with free range eggs. Great for back of house use. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Each catering tub is 1.85kg (2L).
Rapeseed oil (78%), pasteurised free range EGGS (8.9%), water, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice concentrate, flavouring, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA), paprika extract.
