Hellmann's light mayonnaise contains less than half the calories and fat of real mayonnaise and 40 calories per dollop, but you'd never know it from tasting it. Made from pasteurised free range eggs, a good natural source of omega 3. Great for back of house use. Each catering tub is 5L.
