A blend of beef and veal stocks, cracked black pepper and a splash of brandy, to make a rich and creamy peppercorn sauce when finished with double cream. Make it your own by adding green and pink peppercorns. Suitable for coeliacs. Each catering tub is 800g, providing approximately 5 litres. There are 2 tubs in each wholesale case.
Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Veal Stock (Water, Veal Juice, Veal Fat, Concentrated Vegetable Juices (Carrot, Tomato, Onion, Mushroom, Garlic)), Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Flavourings, Sugar, Yeast Extracts, Cracked Black Peppercorns, Glucose, Brandy, Colour (Caramel), Ground Black Pepper, Red Wine Concentrate.

Preparation Take 160g Jus Paste and mix with 880ml luke warm water. Mix well and bring to the boil. Simmer until thickened stirring continuously. Take off the heat and add 120ml Double Cream. Bring back to the boil and serve.
