Frozen, fully baked butter brioche loaves. A French Brioche Nanterre loaf which is very rich in butter and eggs with a light fluffy texture. Made with two layers of brioche dough which has been rolled into balls. Simply thaw and serve. Each piece is 400g. There are 6 pieces in each 2.4kg catering bulk box.
