A mixed bag of dried raisins, sultanas, currants and cut sweetened citrus peel. Popular as a simple healthy snacking option, this dried fruit mix is also useful in a variety of sweet baking applications. They can be used in flapjacks, cookies, granolas, cakes and porridges. Try soaking them in alcohol before using them in baked goods, as they easily absorb liquid. Each pack is 3kg.
