A dried orange coloured breadcrumb with a characteristic baked cereal flavour. These golden breadcrumbs are perfect for coating, meat or fish cutlets. Lightly dip the meat or fish pieces in a batter mix and then simply coat them in the golden breadcrumbs. Then just fry until golden brown and they are ready to be served. Each packet contains 3kg of breadcrumbs. There are 4 packets in this catering pack.
