Chilled unsmoked rindless back bacon with added water, suitable for freezing. Can be grilled, fried or cooked on a hot plate. Makes a great addition to lunch and dinner menus. Bacon is an excellent source of protein, vitamin B1 and B12 and contains both zinc and selenium (antioxidants which help boost your immunity). Manufactured in the UK using pork from the EU. Each catering pack is 2.25kg.
