Whole grain mustard has been ground just enough to to form a paste, but not so much that it fully breaks down all the seeds, leaving a thick, coarse textured mustard. It can be mixed in with savoury sauces and dips to be poured over fish and leaf salads. Each plastic bottle contains 2.27 litres of coarsegrain mustard. There are two bottles in this catering pack.
