| Preparation | DEEP FRY in small batches in pre-heated oil at 180C for 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly before serving. PAN FRY in small batches, Preheat oil in a pan over a medium heat then turn to low and cook for 4-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. OVEN BAKE Preheat a fan-assisted oven and baking tray to 220C. Place the Blanchbait on the try and spray/brush each side with a little oil. Cook for 8-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. |
