Place your order securely at any time of day, save favourites for next time and get notifications when products are back in stock. You will also be able to see in advance when products are being delisted, the recommended substitutes and have access to regular short-dated offers online.
The main feature of our website that you may not be familiar with is our quick SKU ordering system. If you know exactly which products you want, their SKUs and the quantities, you can quickly type in a list or upload a spreadsheet and populate your order that way. More detail on this below.

Once your account is set up, get to know your way around!
Similar to a lot of online sites, everything you need is close by on your dashboard once you are logged in.
From recently ordered items, your favourites section, order history and statements, everything you need is right here.
Love your favourites!
You can easily select your favourite products by clicking on the heart icon next to each product. A pop up will appear, and you can then choose to add this to an existing Favourites list (or wish list) or create a new one e.g. dairy-free, to help you personalise how you process your orders.
Once added, these products will appear in your favourites list in your account section – ready for you to order next time.
Save time with the Quick Order function, using SKUs
The Quick Order functionality allows you to enter large orders, or repeated orders, with ease. If you have the SKUs to hand, this is the best way for you to order.
Adding multiple products by SKU
Here you can add multiple products via their SKUs and quantities to quickly build your order. It’s that simple!
Or you can upload a file
The other option is to use the File Upload function. Here you will find a sample file that you can use as a template, so that our website can quickly process your order.
Get specific with search!
Easily make your search more specific by putting key terms in quotation marks e.g. “chopped tomatoes”
You can also browse allergen information for each product and view related products, to help you try new things.
