Batchelors Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix Powder is quick and easy to prepare and can be made in under 6 minutes making it perfect for commercial kitchens. No added MSG, no added artificial colours and no preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians. Each catering tub is 2.25kg, providing up to 180 portions or 30 litres of soup.

Preparation | 1. Using the table above, take quantities of soup mix and water to produce the required number of portions 2. Into a pan, add sufficient boiling water to the soup mix, whisk until smooth, and bring to the boil 3. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. To prepare other portion quantities use 12.5g soup mix and 170 ml of boiling water per portion |
