Quick frozen, crispy coated 7mm (9/32) fries, pre-fried in vegetable oil. This product is made of potatoes which are washed, sorted, peeled, cut, blanched, dried, coated, pre-fried in vegetable oil, quick frozen and packed. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Each catering pack is 2.27kg, ideal for foodservice. There are 4 packs in each wholesale case.
Potatoes, palm oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, dextrin, raising agent (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415), turmeric, colouring agent: paprika extract.
